MoTIS® PS Production control (Manufacturing execution system)
MoTIS® PS is the innovative Supply- Chain- Management system for all operative production sectors. Beginning with the order entry over the planning of machines and ressources, up to the administration of the raw, semi-finished and finished poducts all operational sequences are provided by MoTIS® PS effectively and comfortably. The quality assurance is guaranteed during the complete production process by the production data acquisition and by the batch tracing, both integrated in MoTIS® PS.
Production orders are taken over from an overlayed ERP system, e.g. SAP, over standardized interfaces. Furthermore MoTIS® PS has available an integrated production order entry, which can be used additively or alternatively. Every order can consist of several process steps, which can be executed parallel or sequentially. You can create samples or templates in MoTIS® PS for the easy and quick order entry. Any number of piece lists and production parameters as pressure, temperature, measuring specification, etc. can be saved per production step.
Production orders, Aworking steps, fixed dates and ressources can be planned with the production control panel of MoTIS® PS optimally. The orders can be entered and controlled with a comfortable calendar und can be optimized by MoTIS® PS automatically. The efficiency of the ressources as machines, tools and personnel are clearly represented, so that you can react to bottlenecks quickly.

The module MoTIS® LSV machine control panel and working station has available comprehensive functions for the order processing  within  the  production process. With this module the required raw and semi-finished materials will be requested. It makes possible the collection of operational characteristics as e.g. charges, quality features, malfunction periods and production times. If there is the possibility to integrate production machines with an interface, production reference numbers as pressure and temperature can be sent automatically to the machines and feedback concerning performance, malfunctions, etc. can be recorded and analysed.
With the module MoTIS® LSV warehouse management system all production warehouses in a system with different production steps can be administered.

MoTIS® MFR material flow computer and MoTIS® RFDC radio frequency data communication ensure a transparent, quick and consistent material transport over the whole factory.

With MoTIS® DC Distribution Center the complete goods flow can be documented, beginning with the picking, over the shipping, up to the delivery at the customer .
