MoTIS® MES is the innovative Supply- Chain- Management system for all operative production sectors. MoTIS® PS provides effectively and comfortably all operational sequences, order entry, planning of machines and resources and managing raw, semi-finished and finished poducts.

The quality assurance is guaranteed by production data acquisition and batch control, both integrated in MoTIS® MES, during the complete production process.

Production orders are taken over from overlaid ERP systems, e.g. SAP, over standardized interfaces. Furthermore
MoTIS® MES has an integrated production order entry, which can be used additively or alternatively. Every order consist of several process steps, which can be executed parallel or sequentially. You can create samples or templates with
MoTIS® MES for easy and quick order entry. Any number of piece lists and production parameters as pressure, temperature, measuring specification, etc. can be saved with a production step.

Production orders, process steps, fixed dates and resources will be planned with the production control center of
MoTIS® MES optimally. The orders can be entered and controlled with a comfortable calendar und can be optimized with
MoTIS® MES automatically. The efficiencies of resources like machines, tools and personnel are represented clearly, that you can quickly be responsive to bottlenecks.

The module
MoTIS® WMS machine control panel and working station provides comprehensive functions for the order processing in production processes. With this module required raw and semi-finished materials are requested. It enables the capturing of operational data as e.g. batches, quality features, malfunction periods and production times. If there is the possibility to integrate production machines over an interface,
production operating figures as pressure and temperature can automatically be sent to the machines and feedback concerning performance, malfunctions, etc. be captured and analyzed.

With the module
MoTIS® WMS Warehouse Management System all production warehouses can be managed throughout different process steps in a system .
MoTIS® MFC Material Flow Controller and MoTIS® RFDC Radio Frequency Data Communication enable a transparent, quick and consistent material transport over the whole factory.
With
MoTIS® DC Distribution Center the entire flow of goods can be recorded, from picking, shipping, to the delivery to the customer .
