MoTIS® MFC is the powerful and scalable material flow controller.
MoTIS® MFC can be used as integrated component within the
MoTIS® system, as well as a self-sufficient material flow system (Stand-Alone / DKR).
MoTIS® MFC has comprehensive functions for optimized control, system control, visualization, process logging, failure logging and for the statistical analyzis.

If
MoTIS® MFC is integrated as modular component within the
MoTIS® system, automating, warehouse administration, production and distribution merge to a perfectly matched unit. Adjusting entries can be executed comfortably in such a system and will have effect on all operation levels automatically. Times of nonuse, due to operating errors, drop completely due to the integrated clearly arranged visualization.

MoTIS® MFC organizes and structures the transport of all goods. Shortest path selections and shortest time selections can be executed in real-time with fast online interfaces with underlying systems.So the existing ressources can be used in the best way. Goods transports can be executed flexibly with fully automatic conveyor techniques, stacker cranes or with radio guided stackers.

MoTIS® MFC controls and observes all goods movements online with modern identification technologies, as barcode and RFID. All movements will be logged, to get significant statistics of product tracabilities, of the system achievement, of the system efficency and of failures.

MoTIS® MFC can be combined with machines of the production process directly with interfaces. In this way raw materials can be added to running production processes automatically. Also semifinished and finished products can be picked and booked fully automatic then with
MoTIS® MFC.
