Any installation, any means of transport and any process relevant machine with realtime parameters can be used for the simulation. Detailed conclusions about the interactions between the different system units can be made in this way already during the planning stage and different combinations can be compared computer-assisted.

What are the benefits of simulation? |
|
With a realistic simulation you can make important statements about the to be expecting performance. The spectrum encompasses the simple capacity planning and the optimization of detailed work flows. It includes medium-term and long-term questions next to basic ones, as the quantity of fork lifts, which is required for a clearly defined handling capacity. By default it is been analyzed, whether a more powerful machine can be supplied also over the same configuration in the future.

With it you can forcast previously bottle necks of the machine while interacting with planned system components, even before they go on-line effectively. So you early get hints to possible shortages in medium-term or long-term future. These considerations save the location in the long-run and reduce operational and follow-up costs substantially.
